Return Policy

We offer 60-day extended returns for all orders placed between 1st December and 24th December 2024, provided you have:

• Proof of purchase (order number)

• Garment/s are in their original condition, with tags and hygiene stickers still attached.

In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our Final Sale items due to change of mind, unless deemed faulty. 

​Please note:  The $30 sign up discount code is applied proportionally across each item purchased and on returning the sign up code will be forfeited accordingly.

All returns and exchanges can be completed using the portal links below in Step 2.

Step 1: Go to My Account  then click on the Returns tab to see your orders. If you checked out as a 'Guest' please begin your return HERE.

Step 2 Once selected, you'll be directed to the Australia Post website. (Note: For all New Zealand orders, please use the DHL Returns Portal instead).

Step 3: Affix the printed return label provided by Australia Post to your parcel. and drop off at any Australia Post Office or Red Box. If you don’t have a printer, present the digital copy of your return label at your post office to have printed.

Note: Returns and exchanges are
processed within 3-5 business days of being received at our warehouse. Please
keep your return reference number as this can be used to track your return.

Step 1: Go to My Account and click on the Returns tab to see your orders, then copy the relevant order number. If you signed up as Guest please click HERE

Step 2: Then open the DHL Returns Portal and provide your order number for DHL to identify your order.

Step 3: Select the item/s you wish to return or exchange, provide a return reason (if relevant) and select your shipping method.

Step 4: Once you have completed the return, you'll receive a returns label to print and affix to your parcel for collection.

Note: Returns and exchanges are
processed within 3-5 business days of being received at our warehouse. Please
keep your return reference number as this can be used to track your return.

Step 1: Click on GET YOUR INSTANT REFUND above to open the Refundid returns portal.​

Step 2: Log in or create an account with Refundid. You will be asked to provide a BSB and Account Number. Your refund will appear in this nominated bank account.  ​

Step 3: Lodge your return to receive an instant refund. JETS returns with Refundid are free.​

Step 4: Simply download your return label and send back your items within 7 days.​ If your return tracking has not updated within 7 days, Refundid will reverse the instant refund. ​

We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase, and all exchanges can be completed in the portal.

• Jets offers same value exchanges only. You can exchange your item for an item of the same value and style, but in a different colour or size (subject to product availability).

• Simply follow the returns process under 'How to submit your online return' but choose exchange.

Note: Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of Jets receiving the returned item/s and notification will be sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
