Tasmania, New Zealand: Order before 11th December 2025
Queensland: Order before 14th December 2025
South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory: Order before 16th December 2025
New South Wales, Victoria: Order before 19th December 2025
60 days extended return period for orders placed between 2nd December 2025 - 24th December 2025. Orders placed outside of this time frame will be treated with standard 30 days returns policy.

• All Australian orders are dispatched with Standard Shipping via Australia Post.

Delivery Times
• Delivery time frame is 2-4 business days for metropolitan areas and up to 6 days for regional areas via DHL Express
• All New Zealand orders are dispatched with DHL.
1. We give authority to leave parcels – if this will cause inconvenience, we suggest sending the item to a business address .
2. Once an order has been placed, JETS is unable to change the delivery address. Once the package has been dispatched it is up to the customer to re-direct this with Australia Post.
