• Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
• Standard Shipping delivery time frame is 2-8 business days within metropolitan areas (excluding Adelaide and Perth) and up to 14 days for regional areas.
• Express Shipping delivery time frame is 1-3 business days within metropolitan areas (excluding Adelaide and Perth) and up to 14 days for regional areas
• For deliveries to Adelaide and Perth, please allow 1-5 business days.
• Express shipping is only available within Australia.
• All Australian orders are dispatched with Australia Post, DHL, Couriers Please and TNT. Email tracking links will verify courier and timing details.

• All New Zealand orders are dispatched with DHL.

2. Once an order has been placed, JETS is unable to change the delivery address. Once the package has been dispatched it is up to the customer to re-direct this with Australia Post.
